These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pkr33 and all associated services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By accessing pkr33, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between pkr33 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator") and you ("Player", "User", "you", "your"). pkr33 operates an internationally licensed online gaming platform accessible at pkr33.biz ("the Platform"). This Agreement governs all access to and use of pkr33 services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional bonuses, and payment services. Registering, attempting to register, or using an Account while under the age of 21 is a material breach of this Agreement and is absolutely prohibited. pkr33 enforces age verification through its KYC process and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where age non-compliance is identified or suspected. Any funds deposited to an Account held by a minor shall be returned to the originating payment method. Winnings accumulated by an underage Account are void and shall not be paid out under any circumstances.

You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of pkr33 is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkr33 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in all locations. Players accessing pkr33 from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and in contravention of this Agreement. pkr33 reserves the right to restrict or block access from any territory at its sole discretion.
Each individual may hold only one pkr33 Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.
All information provided during Account registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are required to provide your legal full name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
pkr33 operates mandatory KYC procedures in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required at any time to provide:
Withdrawal requests from unverified Accounts may be held pending completion of KYC. pkr33 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within two (2) business hours of receiving all required documentation. Once verified, your Account status is permanent and no re-verification is required unless triggered by a material change in your account activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr33 Account login credentials. pkr33 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to protect your username and password. You must notify pkr33 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
pkr33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast instant payment, 1LINK inter-bank transfer, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank direct transfer, and OTC Cash agents. All deposits are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit at pkr33 is Rs 100. There is no prescribed maximum deposit limit for verified Accounts, though the Operator reserves the right to impose limits on individual Accounts at its discretion for compliance or responsible gaming reasons.
pkr33 does not charge any fee on deposits. Standard payment network fees imposed by your mobile wallet or bank operator are outside pkr33's control and may apply independently.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits received from payment methods registered to third parties will be returned, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation. pkr33 strictly prohibits the use of third-party funds for any purpose, including on behalf of another person.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically process in under 10 seconds. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) process within 5–30 minutes depending on the originating institution's processing schedules.
Withdrawals from pkr33 are available to fully KYC-verified Accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. pkr33 does not impose a maximum withdrawal limit for verified Accounts, subject to individual promotional terms where applicable.
pkr33 targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes for verified Accounts:
pkr33 charges no fee on withdrawals, regardless of the amount or method chosen.
For anti-money-laundering compliance purposes, pkr33 may require that withdrawals be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not technically possible, the Operator will work with the Player to identify a suitable compliant withdrawal route following identity confirmation.
Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Balance before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance. Only the Real Money Balance portion of an Account wallet is freely withdrawable at any time, subject to standard KYC and anti-fraud checks.
All bonuses and promotions offered by pkr33 are subject to individual bonus-specific terms that supplement and take precedence over these General Terms where they specifically address bonus conditions. Bonus-specific terms are available in the Promotions section of the Platform.
Unless otherwise stated in bonus-specific terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the Bonus Balance converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements are calculated on the Bonus Balance amount received. Qualifying game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute at different rates as specified in bonus-specific terms.
pkr33 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, using VPN or proxy services, or colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account suspension and full forfeiture of all balances.
While a Bonus Balance is active and Wagering Requirements remain outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is Rs 1,000 or 10% of the Bonus Balance, whichever is lower, unless the bonus-specific terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this threshold during bonus play may result in voiding of the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived therefrom.
All bonuses expire within the period specified in their individual terms. Expired Bonus Balances are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated. pkr33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
All games offered on pkr33 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Game mathematics — including Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and house edge figures — are sourced directly from the originating game studio and are not modified by pkr33. The RTP and game rules displayed within each game's information panel are accurate and current.
In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects the outcome of any game round, pkr33 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. A malfunction voids all associated pays. pkr33 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its direct control, including but not limited to internet connectivity interruptions on the Player's end.
In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the records held in pkr33's server logs shall constitute definitive evidence. Players may submit a dispute to [email protected] within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkr33 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:
Fraud Warning: pkr33 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems. Accounts identified as engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended. All associated balances, including pending withdrawals, will be forfeited. pkr33 reserves the right to report suspected financial crime to relevant authorities.
All content on the pkr33 Platform — including but not limited to the pkr33 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, images, text, and software — is the intellectual property of pkr33 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pkr33 Platform without prior written consent from the Operator. Unauthorised use of pkr33 intellectual property may result in legal action.
pkr33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pkr33 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with licensed KYC providers, payment processors, game studios, and regulatory bodies solely to the extent necessary for the lawful operation of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr33 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable to you for:
In jurisdictions that do not permit complete exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, pkr33's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit pkr33's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from pkr33's own gross negligence.
pkr33's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkr33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, KYC non-compliance, regulatory obligation, or risk management. In the event of Account closure for cause, all Bonus Balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Balances may be withheld pending investigation and returned following satisfactory resolution of any compliance review.
You may request closure of your pkr33 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any Real Money Balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Account closure does not exempt you from any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
An Account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. pkr33 may charge an administrative fee of Rs 100 per month on dormant Accounts with a positive Real Money Balance. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied. Dormant Account fees will not reduce an Account balance below zero.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr33 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through pkr33's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body agreed upon by both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
pkr33's internal dispute resolution process requires that all complaints be submitted to [email protected] in the first instance. pkr33 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
pkr33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect, except where immediate change is required by regulatory obligation or to prevent harm.
Your continued use of the pkr33 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the revision's effective date.
